ABOUT US

Copper busbars. Aluminum busbars.
Bushings. Connectors. Power assemblies.
Engineered to your specifications.
The cornerstone you build on.

Our mission is to shape the future of power and data — with components that form the building blocks of a smarter, more sustainable world.

IMX Power Holdings is North America’s power components platform: a group of operating companies that supply the copper and aluminum components relied upon by leading OEMs in the electrical infrastructure, data centers, EV mobility, and energy storage.

The platform includes three ISO-certified manufacturing facilities in Mexico, a precision fabrication facility in North Carolina, U.S. commercial distribution capabilities, direct sourcing across copper and aluminum, and a global commercial gateway for the busbar market through busbars.com.

For more than 60 years combined, our companies have supplied leading OEMs across North America — from California to North Carolina and throughout the USMCA corridor.

Leadership & Investors

Operators with experience. Backed by patient capital. Building for decades.

IMX Power Holdings brings together experienced operators, integrated manufacturing capabilities, and long-term capital to build a North American power components platform. We manufacture the critical copper and aluminum components behind electrical infrastructure, data centers, mobility, and energy storage.

leadership & investors

Operator-led.
Long-term backed.
Built for decades.

IMX Power Holdings is operator-led and backed by patient capital.
We build, we create, we partner for the long term — because the OEMs we serve and the components we manufacture demand nothing less.

OPERATORS

Built inside the industry,
not outside it.

The platform is led by industry operators with decades of experience in copper and aluminum manufacturing. We understand the OEMs we serve because we have built alongside them for generations — managing operations hands-on and staying close to the production floor.

LONG-TERM INVESTORS

Long-term capital aligned with long-term operators.

IMX Power Holdings is backed by long-term institutional capital aligned with the operating team. Investments in expansion, equipment, and strategic growth are made with a multi-year perspective and the discipline to execute over time.

HOW WE BUILD

We build for decades,
not quarters.

Every decision we make — from suppliers to strategic investments — reflects a long-term mindset. We are building a North American power components platform designed to grow with our customers for decades to come.

The Platform Vision

What we are building inside of.

The world is rebuilding its electrical infrastructure. Power demand is accelerating. Data centers are scaling rapidly. Vehicles are becoming electrified computing platforms. Energy storage is expanding across every grid.

Inside each of these transformations are copper and aluminum components that carry current, manage heat, and enable performance at scale.

We manufacture the components behind the next decade of electrification.

Cityscape At Night

01

The Electrification of Everything.

Grid modernization is driving the largest electrical infrastructure rebuild in a generation — from substations and switchgear to transformers and grid interconnection systems.

Our copper and aluminum components are built into the equipment powering that transition.

02

The Data Center Decade.

AI and hyperscale computing are rapidly increasing power density requirements inside modern data centers.

UPS systems, PDUs, busway systems, and power distribution infrastructure require components engineered for efficiency, reliability, and scale. We manufacture them.

03

The Mobility Transition.

EV platforms, charging infrastructure, battery systems, and power electronics require flexible, high-performance conductive components engineered to cycle, vibrate, and last.

Our components are built into the systems enabling electrified mobility.
